Whether food is provided by your child care or by the families, all ELCC settings can create environments that support healthy eating habits. Healthy eating is more than the foods you eat - it's also about where, when, why, and how you eat. Join the online workshop to: Explore how mealtimes can enrich children's social connections, learning and health. Share practical ideas to support positive mealtime experiences. Find resource and information to share with families.
