Note: A copy of the student’s birth certificate or visa documentation is required for all students entering the district for the first time. See below the registration checklist for the specified program.

Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age on or before December 31, 2023 to register for the 2023/2024 school year.

To ensure that your registration is complete, please provide the following information with your registration form. Education Alberta requires our school to maintain student records and provide them with this information. If there is incomplete information with your registration your child will be put on a waitlist until all information is provided. Please follow the checklist so that your registration is complete so we can place your child in a class as soon as possible.

• Physical Address or Legal Land Description (911 address if rural in addition to Legal Land)

• Mailing address if different from your Physical Address

• Copy of one of these: (originals can be photocopied in the office for you)

  • Birth Certificate (preferred)

  • Adoption Order

  • Official Stats Canada Documentation

  • Passport

  • Permanent Resident/Landed Immigrant Documentation

  • Treaty Card

• Physical Address or Legal Land Description (911 address if rural in addition to Legal Land)

• Birth Certificate (preferred)

  • Foreign Students : Passport AND Immigration Documentation

  • Treaty Card
